Three steps to your first silent alarm

Step 01

Set the time & date

  1. 1Hold the button for 3 sec. The hour flashes.
  2. 2Press to change the hour, hold to confirm.
  3. 3Do the same for minutes, month, day and year.
  4. 4Press to pick 12h or 24h, hold to confirm.
Step 02

Set an alarm

  1. 1Press until you see A10F.
  2. 2Hold for 3 sec. The screen flashes.
  3. 3Press to set the hour, hold to confirm.
  4. 4Press to set the minutes, hold to confirm.
Tip: need more alarms? Repeat on A20F and A30F.
Step 03

Turn an alarm off

  1. 1Press until you reach the alarm, e.g. A10F.
  2. 2Hold for 3 sec. The screen flashes.
  3. 3Press through the hours until it goes back to A10F.
  4. 4Hold to confirm. The alarm is off.
Charging

Charge it like a USB stick

Slide the unit out of the strap and plug it into any USB-A port, like a wall adapter or laptop. The screen lights up and vibrates to show it's charging.

Not lighting up? Flip it over and plug it in the other way.
